I'm not a man who is easily socialize with others, but that doesn't mean I'm an anti social person. Just want to share one of my 'L' story. Which I think is quite awesome and painful at the end.

Some people find it hard to believe if I've been single for about 10 years until 2012. You can describe me anything you want (Perfectionist, Picky, Not a cool person, Ugly, selfish or whatever ..), but I can assure you that I'm straight. I do like women and I do love women.

So here's what I can recall about this girl. Let's say, her name is 'L'

[Flashback to 2011]

She is smart, pretty, has a nice smile and that's my opinion. Probably too good for a man like me. She likes Espresso Brownies, Mocha Frappuccino. I can remember that because that's the least things I know about her. Not sure if I can call that as a date, but I hang out with her.

As a man who has no great communication skills like me, to begin a conversation is a really tough deal. I tried my best to treat her nicely since I picked her up from her house until I drive her back to her home safely. Make sure no harm happened to her, just like a bodyguard.

Next, we visited an old town. But we spent most of the time on the road due to traffic. The place were crowded, and most of the places were closed except cafe.

Once, she told me that she wanted to visit Europe while she's still single. So I bought her a travel guide to Europe as her birthday gift (Pretty Cliché I guess).

[Back to 2012]

Until one day, in the beginning of 2012, I made a wrong move by not giving her some space, and express her how I feel. I knew that the time wasn't right. It was in the middle of the night and we were chatting using msn -_- What an idiot. I really screwed up big time. Gone like the wind. Biggest mistake! Should have slept that night not chatting. Gosshh! No need to tell what she said here, I guess you all knew that already.

Too bad that life isn't like a computer that you can undo things.

Months later,
We met twice at the airport, but the second one was coincidence after months no contact at all. It was quite unique how we met each other again that time. I was having lunch with friends in a restaurant, and then I wanted to look around the place, until I turned my back and saw someone familiar. She saw me too, then I walked to her. Just to say hi and a little chat. I don't want to bother her with my talk. If it's a movie, we might end up being together =) But in reality, that's most unlikely to happen.

Anyway, I still respect her as a friend and I don't really expect much. Time to find the right one again. Wish me luck. And let's keep the optimism!
